Agricultural Law

Agricultural law has customarily been thought of as an area of law better suited for the Delta. However, as times have changed in Northwest Arkansas, our local agricultural community faces a whole new set of obstacles that are new to this generation. Unprecedented growth and urban sprawl has created a new landscape in Benton and Washington Counties. Environmental issues, regulations, banking issues, and landowner issues are just a few of the things that weren't thought about in the prior generations, but must be addressed in today's world.
