Kelsey Boggan was born in Searcy, Arkansas where she graduated from Searcy High School with honors in 2008. She attended the University of Central Arkansas, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, AR, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
Since graduating law school and becoming a member of the bar, Kelsey began working at Legal Aid of Arkansas, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides free legal services to low-income individuals residing in the state of Arkansas in civil cases. While there, she practiced family law including orders of protection, divorce, guardianships, and custody matters.
She currently practices at Webb Law Office, P.A., where she has continued her passion for family law. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and activities like hiking, yoga and especially, floating the Buffalo River.
